Its interesting to hear that Farhan. The costs this year are more than last year since they now also include 20-20 colored uniforms. Still the dues are the same. I think you are one year late in questioning....you should be questioning the last year's committee...lol
But yeah, the Treasurer has all cash-flow records so you can check with him. He will post it on the website for everyone. :)

We have 2200 in bank. That leaves us a deficit of $963.15
Right now we have calculated 9 players who will pay the full dues. Some players from last season are graduating this semester so might not be available for games. A few other members might just pay the first installment of $50 and then play $10 additional per game.
Raghav(bought practice balls) and Gurnish dues are waived since cricket club owes them money.
Keep in mind, I have not even included cost of water/gatorade that we will provide this season. Neither have we accounted for unexpected costs that may arise (new bat).
We have got $290 in donations. (Eraj, Rikin, Amarvir Brar, Surya)

guys .. when I was the president, I charged people who played and gave gas allowance to people who drove to the games. In addition, every game we had water and gatorade and pizza for every home game. Also, please remember when I was running the club we had to build the inventory and buy stuff like the mat ! SO please donot compare this season and the previous ones.

If this makes anyone feel better about the team fees... MOST teams in the league charge around $200 - $300 a season...
